The MTSU School of Agriculture offers five undergraduate degree programs: Animal Science (including pre-veterinary medicine), Horse Science, Plant and Soil Science, Agribusiness, and Fermentation Science, as well as minors in Poultry Science and Precision Agriculture. Apply what you learn from MTSU’s School of Agriculture in a variety of real-life settings, including our Farm Laboratories (dairy, beef, and swine farms; forage and field crop production), Horse Science Center, Horticulture Unit, and the MTSU Creamery. The school offers hands-on learning in all programs, exposure to research at the undergraduate level, and numerous extracurricular activities.
